Where will the Lung Health Check take place?

We are working with selected Centric Health GP practices in the North Dublin and North East region of Ireland (Click here for list of participating practices).

The mobile unit will move between 4 locations at various times. You will be invited to your Lung Health Check when the mobile unit is closest to your GP practice for your convenience. The 4 mobile unit locations are located in the maps below.
